Ordensklinikum Linz has joined the IASIOS community as an Enrolled Centre, becoming the first from Austria to take this step. The enrolment, led by Dr Alexander Kupferthaler, reflects a strong commitment to delivering structured, high-quality care in interventional oncology.

Their participation has been made possible through the First Year Forward Grant, which covers enrolment and first-year membership fees for centres at the beginning of the IASIOS pathway.

We are pleased to welcome Hospital Universitario Ramón y Cajal as an Enrolled Centre in the IASIOS community. As the first centre from Spain to join, this enrolment marks a meaningful step in the growing international commitment to standardised care in interventional oncology.

The Vascular & Interventional Radiology Department at the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs (MNGHA) has been accredited as an IASIOS Centre, becoming the second institution in Saudi Arabia to receive this recognition. The accreditation confirms that the department’s interventional oncology service line operates according to the highest international standards of standardisation and quality. Led by Dr Mohammad Arabi, Dr Shaker Alshehri, and Dr Mohamed Muaikeel, the team demonstrated a strong commitment to structured, high-quality care throughout the accreditation process.
