How to Join

Becoming an IASIOS Enrolled Centre

  1. Register your centre.

Submit basic details to begin: Start registration here.

  1. Receive confirmation & invoice

Your registration is confirmed, and an invoice is issued based on the enrolment fees.

  1. Complete enrolment

Once payment is completed, your centre becomes an IASIOS Enrolled Centre.

As an Enrolled Centre, you can:

  • Access the online application form and begin working towards accreditation.
  • your IASIOS Enrolled Centre status.
  • Receive dedicated support from IASIOS.
  • Take advantage of the Annual Benefits Programme.

Becoming an IASIOS Accredited Centre

  1. Implement improvements

Assess your current practice and align it with the core requirements for IASIOS accreditation.

  1. Prepare your application

Complete the online application form, describing your IO service and patient pathway. See our Application Manual for more details or watch our Application Guide here.

  1. Submit your application

Once complete, submit your application for review. Two independent assessors will be assigned and will begin the evaluation.

  1. Respond to assessor feedback (if required)

Provide clarifications or additional information if requested during the review process.

  1. Achieve IASIOS accreditation

Once your application is approved, your centre becomes an IASIOS Accredited Centre.

Accreditation is valid for four years, and you can now promote your Accredited Centre status.


Reaccreditation or becoming an IASIOS Centre of Excellence

After 4 years of Accredited Centre status, you have two options:

  • Apply for reaccreditation to maintain your Accredited Centre status. If you choose this option, repeat steps 5-8.
  • Apply for IASIOS Centre of Excellence status. If you choose this option, repeat steps 4-8, while also meeting the extended requirements for Centre of Excellence status.
