We are proud to announce a milestone accreditation: the University of Montreal Health Centre (Centre hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal) has become the first IASIOS Accredited Centre in Canada. This achievement recognises that the interventional oncology service at the facility meets internationally standardised requirements for quality assurance, patient safety, and multidisciplinary cancer care.

IASIOS accreditation reflects a commitment to structured processes, evidence-based practice, and continuous improvement in interventional oncology. It also highlights the growing role of image-guided, minimally invasive treatments in modern cancer care.
